When you request help, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, general project location, service choice, project description, timing, measurements, product details, and project photos or files. The site may also retain the page or campaign that brought you here and limited technical information needed to keep the form secure and diagnose failures.
How the information is used
Duncan Home Improvements uses submitted information to personally review your request, ask useful follow-up questions, discuss fit, pricing, and timing, schedule and complete approved work, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and improve the request process. Information submitted for a project is not used to send unrelated automated marketing messages.

Duncan Home Improvements does not sell customer information.
